Xroach
Cockroach Gel Bait

A New Era Of Cockroach Control Contains Sumiva IGR

Powered by a dual-action formula of Clothianidin and Pyriproxyfen (IGR), XROACH delivers rapid knock-down and long-term colony management. Highly attractive and non-repellent, it begins killing within 1 hour while sterilizing the population to collapse the entire nest from within—making it the ultimate tool against resistant cockroach strains.

Active Ingredient:

1.clothianidin 0.05%
2.pyriproxyfen 0.05%

Xroach Cockroach Gel Bait

Key Advantages & Features

  • Dual Resistance Management: Highly effective against German cockroaches that have developed resistance to traditional single-mode-of-action ingredients (such as older sprays or conventional gel baits).

  • High Palatability & Long Residual Control: The gel bait matrix is exceptionally attractive to cockroaches, maintaining its high palatability for many months on dry, dust-free, and non-greasy surfaces.

  • Low Toxicity & High Safety Profile: Classified as Class IV (the lowest toxicity category under Malaysia's pesticide classification), featuring very low toxicity to mammals.

Extended Control - The IGR Effect

Insect Growth Regulators {IGRs) are ideal for use against insects like cockroaches that are notorious for developing insecticide resistance. When baiting for cockroaches, incorporate an IGR like NyGuardⓇ Insect Growth Regulator into your program and apply near or into suspected harbourage areas, behind appliances, under sinks and cabinets, etc. The IGR will interrupt the life cycle of cockroaches, resulting in enhanced control. While customers may see adult cockroaches that look abnormal (twisted wings) following treatment, these insects will be incapable of reproducing.

Method of Application

Applications Rates

Xroach should be applied as a number of spots of approximately 4mm diameter, each spot comprising approximately 0.032g of bait.
In cases of severe infestation, where larger cockroaches are present, in areas that are particularly dirty or cluttered or where alternative sources of food cannot be entirely eliminated, the higher application rate should be used.

Xroach® Gel Bait: The Myth-Busting Technical Guide

Re-Engineering Pest Intelligence: From Reactive Poison to Genetic Collapse

MYTH 01: "THE RESIDUAL SPRAY ON THE FLOOR LASTS 30 DAYS."

THE REALITY: YOUR CLEANING CREW IS THE PESTS' BEST FRIEND.

The Myth: Pest Control Operators (PCOs) promise a 30-day residual barrier by spraying the kitchen floor. They claim it provides continuous protection.

The Xroach® Reality (The Hot Water Flush): This is a fatal logical flaw in commercial kitchen sanitation. As a business owner, your staff performs a strict daily closing ritual: high-pressure hot water, heavy-duty degreasers, and thorough scrubbing to remove grease and grime.

"Every night, your cleaning crew washes away your pest control investment."

Regardless of the spray’s theoretical lifespan, it is physically removed within 24 hours. The PCO leaves, the staff cleans, and by morning, your facility is 100% undefended against reinvasion. Cockroaches harbor in non-floor areas, waiting for the chemical barrier to be flushed down the drain.

The Xroach® Off-Floor Strategy: We don’t compete with hot water. Xroach® is applied in precise, 0.4cm micro-dots in protected, non-floor environments—behind motors, under stainless steel table rims, inside electrical conduits, and behind splashbacks.

  • Immune to Daily Cleaning: While the floor is scrubbed, Xroach® stays active in the shadows.

  • Constant Sentinel: It provides a 24/7 toxic barrier exactly where cockroaches harbor, regardless of your hygiene schedule.

MYTH 02: "THEY ATE ALL THE BAIT, SO IT MUST BE WORKING!"

THE REALITY: IF THEY FINISHED THE MEAL, YOUR BAIT HAS FAILED.

The Myth: End-users and PCOs often believe that if cockroaches quickly consume all applied bait, it indicates high efficacy. "They love it, so it's working!"

The Xroach® Reality (Rapid Neuro-Lock):

This is a dangerous misunderstanding of toxicology. If a cockroach can consume an entire large application of bait before showing symptoms, the bait’s active ingredient is releasing too slowly. It is essentially feeding the population while they remain active and reproductive.

"A truly effective bait stops them before they can finish the first bite."

Xroach® is engineered for immediate, lethal results. Its 0.5% Clothianidin matrix achieves Rapid Neuro-Lock. The insect only needs to ingest a fraction of the 0.4cm dot to suffer neurological failure within 1-2 hours. If the bait is still there, it means Xroach® is killing them so fast they cannot finish the meal.

  • Precision Over Quantity: The goal is not to feed them; the goal is to terminate them with minimal product waste.

  • 0.4cm Precision: Maximum efficacy from minimum application points.

MYTH 03: "IF THE INITIAL SPRAY DOESN'T KILL THEM, NOTHING WILL."

THE REALITY: WE DON'T JUST KILL THE SURVIVORS; WE COLLAPSE THEIR REPRODUCTIVE FUTURE.

The Myth: Many believe that if a pest survives an initial chemical treatment (like a spray), they are simply resistant and will re-populate.

The Xroach® Reality (The Genetic Collapse):

Resistance is real, especially in urban environments. Xroach® addresses this with its dual-active formulation: 0.5% Clothianidin (the immediate kill) and 0.5% Pyriproxyfen (the IGR - Insect Growth Regulator).

We don't rely on infinite domino effects. We rely on Hormonal Neutralization.

  • Phase 1: The Initial Knockdown: Clothianidin neutralizes 90% of the active population in 1-2 hours.

  • Phase 2: The Final 10% (Genetic Collapse): New invaders (including resistant strains) will feed on the carcasses. While the lethal toxin dose may fade, the Pyriproxyfen (IGR) stays potent.

    • Females: Ingesting IGR through cannibalism results in sterile egg cases ("Dud" oothecae). The colony stops producing new generations.

    • Nymphs/Males: Experience Horrific Molting Deformities. Their bodies become non-functional, with missing limbs or internal organ failure. They are visually intact but physically "broken," leading to rapid collapse under natural colony pressure.

Xroach® ensures that the survivors of today become the end of their lineage. We don't just clear the space; we terminate the family line.
